My furnace thermostat flaked out after a nearby lightning strike a couple days ago, and my heating system switched over to emergency mode with no way to control it except to flip the breaker. I knew LCS was just a few minutes from here, so I tried them first (the company who originally put in the furnace merged with another company a few years ago, and they’re not nearby anymore). They answered my call, assessed the situation, and had a tech, Jason Smith, available that afternoon. He swapped out the thermostat and checked the rest of my heating system to make sure nothing else had been fried. Jason was the kind of tech that you hope for–friendly, prompt, knowledgeable, and helpful.

Good, solid service. They sent an email and a text with the photo of the technician who was coming to do the repair work. The technician arrived within the timeframe promised, wore a mask and covered his shoes before entering the house. He was friendly and fixed the solenoid valve on my humidifier quickly, and showed me how to do regular maintenance – and informed me of maintenance services the company offers. The price charged was reasonable and the works appears to be well done. I would definitely call them again if needed.

I was able to schedule an appointment with LCS Cooling and Heating before their busy season. Ryan was the technician who serviced my HVAC. I wanted to be aware of what he was doing for my education on how to maintain my HVAC. He was very patient and was fine with me following him around. He explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. I was very pleased with the service.

Great customer service and delivered a quality product for a reasonable price. I have used LCS for work and personal needs and they always deliver.

We love LCS. We found them when we moved into our first home and needed a new furnace installed 3 years ago and they have been nothing but fantastic since. I have used LCS for many years. We have the maintenance plan for our furnace and air conditioner, which helps keep those machines efficient and under warranty. Recently, Travis came out to reattached some ductwork in our basement that was falling down. He did an excellent job, explained to me what he needed to do, was on time for the appointment and did great work. Thanks LCS!

I had a great experience with the whole LCS team. They came and quoted me on a replacement furnace and AC system. They were professional and on time and most importantly, didn’t try to sell me on more things than I needed. They also didn’t give me an “agree by this time or the pricing deal we’re giving you will go away,” spiel. The install team was great too and got the job done in less than a day. I was a new customer for this job and will now continue to use their services. Would recommend 👍🏼

Jose and the team were amazing during our install! Very informative and helpful throughout the whole process. Met with Jim to discuss options prior and felt very confident and comfortable with his information and suggestions.

This was my first experience with LCS, and I am very pleased. Everyone I spoke with was courteous and professional. They were easy to work with and able to fit me in right away. My technician, Jason S, was knowledgeable, friendly, and very efficient. I felt everyone was honest with the work that needed to be done and didn’t try to sell me on things that did not. We’ve been using LCS for several years and it’s always an amazing experience. Today, we had Nikita come out for our annual AC tune up. They are a knowledge and effective tech – always waking through any potential issues and providing solutions. High recommend LCS for any of your residential HVAC needs!!

As a new customer, we were very pleased with LCS and specifically Nikita. She was very thorough in our A/C maintenance. She was polite and friendly in her interactions with us, even mixing in a little humor. Her knowledge of the HVAC system is impressive! So refreshing to see a female in a male dominant career. All in all, she is great and we have become regulars. 😁

Mark Harvey was amazing. He identified the issue and replaced my furnace motor in one day’s time. He also showed me how I was using the incorrect filter size for my unit which caused the motor to go bad in the first place so I know better moving forward. This is a great company overall and I would recommend them to anyone.
